Court of Appeal sets aside RM50,000 defamation award to Guan Eng
Malaysia's Court of Appeal has overturned a defamation damages award in favour of former Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng, while also dismissing his bid to increase the sum. The ex-politician has been ordered to pay RM30,000 in costs.
