MANILA — The ongoing impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte is set to take a procedural turn Monday, as a Civil Service Commission official explains the rules governing asset and liability declarations.
CSC Assistant Commissioner Ariel Ronquillo will provide expert testimony on the guidelines for Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALNs), the mandatory financial disclosures required of all government officials.
