Cult.Fit has completed its initial public offering roadshows and is targeting a mid-December listing on Indian stock exchanges, according to company filings and market sources. The fitness and digital wellness platform plans to submit an updated draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India by the end of November, setting the stage for the formal IPO process.

The company's expansion strategy has shifted focus toward smaller metropolitan centres as it seeks deeper penetration beyond major urban hubs. Cult.Fit has identified cities including Chandigarh, Indore, and Vijayawada as key growth markets, reflecting a broader trend among Indian startups to diversify their geographic footprint and tap into emerging consumer bases in tier-2 and tier-3 markets.

The roadshow completion signals strong investor interest in the fitness sector as India's wellness economy continues to expand. Cult.Fit, which operates a hybrid model combining physical fitness studios with digital workout offerings, has been among the larger startups preparing for public market debuts following a period of significant growth acceleration.

The company's planned December listing comes as the Indian IPO market shows signs of recovery after a slower period earlier this year. If successful, Cult.Fit's public offering would mark another significant milestone for India's digital fitness space, which has seen mounting consumer adoption and investor confidence in recent years.
