Datuk denies indecent assault allegations against police officer's child

A Datuk-titled architect entered a not guilty plea to charges of committing an indecent act against a child at a gymnasium sauna located within a shopping complex in Ampang. The alleged incident reportedly took place within the changing facilities of the fitness center, located in one of the area's commercial shopping destinations. The alleged victim is the child of a police officer. The accused has been released on bail pending further court appearances. The matter is expected to proceed through the judicial system with both the prosecution and defense presenting their respective cases.
