DAVAO CITY—Education Secretary Sonny Angara led the swearing-in of more than 1,800 newly promoted educators in the Davao region on Thursday, marking a significant advancement in the careers of teaching and administrative personnel across the Department of Education.
The ceremony capped a three-day Regional Assembly of Education Leaders (RAEL), during which promotion deliberations and discussions were finalized.
