In statements released over the weekend, De Lima, who represents the party-list Magdalo, reiterated her earlier concerns about the large-scale dredging projects underway in the province. The congresswoman has previously highlighted the geopolitical sensitivities of the Zambales waters, given their proximity to disputed maritime zones in the South China Sea.
