Delhi PG Building Collapse Claims Student Who Shared Location

A student residing at a paying guest facility in Satya Niketan, Delhi, has been recovered from the rubble following the sudden collapse of the building. The incident has raised serious questions about the structural integrity of residential accommodations in the capital.

Nitesh Chib, who lived in the facility, expressed shock at the catastrophic failure of the structure. "The body was numb," he recounted, describing the trauma of the collapse. Residents of the PG had never anticipated that the building could be so structurally compromised that it might simply cave in without warning.

The student had shared his live location with others before the building gave way, which aided rescue operations in locating him. Emergency response teams reached the site to conduct search and recovery operations in the aftermath of the collapse.
