Delhi traffic disruptions expected today; police issue diversions advisory

Delhi residents and commuters are advised to exercise caution while traveling through the capital on Tuesday, as significant traffic congestion is anticipated in several areas. The disruptions stem from a scheduled rally at Ramlila Grounds and an organized march commencing from Hari Nagar.

In response to these events, the Delhi Traffic Police have put in place diversions on multiple major thoroughfares to manage traffic flow and minimize congestion. The police department has issued specific advisories directing vehicle operators to avoid affected routes where possible.

Commuters are urged to plan their journeys in advance and opt for alternative routes to reach their destinations. The traffic police recommend checking official traffic updates and advisories before embarking on essential travel. Residents are also encouraged to use public transportation where feasible to avoid congestion on city roads.

The diversions are expected to remain in effect for the duration of the organized events. Motorists are requested to follow traffic police instructions at diversion points and exercise patience during the period of heightened congestion.
