Delhi Traffic Police implement sweeping diversions for BRICS summit finale
Delhi Traffic Police have announced extensive traffic restrictions across the national capital on Sunday, the concluding day of the three-day BRICS Summit. Diversions at 22 key intersections and vehicle movement controls on more than 35 roads will remain in effect throughout the day.

The Delhi Traffic Police issued a comprehensive advisory on Sunday detailing traffic management measures for the final day of the BRICS Summit, being hosted at Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan. All restrictions will be enforced from 8 am to 8 pm, affecting a substantial portion of the city's road network.
A wide swathe of central and south Delhi will experience traffic diversions and regulated movement. The affected thoroughfares include major arteries such as Sardar Patel Marg, Teen Murti Marg, Akbar Road, Tees January Marg, Rajesh Pilot Marg, Mathura Road, Moti Lal Nehru Marg, Dr Zakir Hussain Marg, Ashoka Road, Barakhamba Road, Tolstoy Marg, and Ranjeet Singh Flyover, among numerous others.
Additional key roads impacted by the traffic management plan include Mother Teresa Crescent, Subramaniam Bharti Marg, Brigadier Hoshiyar Singh Marg, Africa Avenue Road, Satya Marg, Shanti Path, Janpath, Niti Marg, Panchsheel Marg, Kemal Ataturk Marg, APJ Abdul Kalam Road, Press Enclave Road, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Josef Broz Tito Marg, and Lala Lajpat Rai Marg.
Commuters are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and allow additional travel time. The traffic police have urged residents to use alternate routes where possible to minimise congestion during the summit's conclusion.
