Dialog Pay expands merchant reach with Dinemore restaurant partnership

Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka's leading connectivity provider, has strengthened its digital payments ecosystem by integrating Dinemore into the Dialog Pay merchant network. The partnership enables customers to settle bills using LankaQR technology at all 12 Dinemore restaurant outlets, enhancing payment options for diners across the island.

Through the collaboration, customers utilising Dialog Pay for LankaQR transactions at Dinemore locations will receive complimentary Dialog data on eligible purchases. The initiative reflects Dialog Axiata's strategy to deepen merchant partnerships and drive adoption of digital payment solutions in the island's hospitality sector.

The expansion of Dialog Pay's merchant ecosystem comes as digital payment adoption accelerates across South Asia. By integrating established restaurant operators into its payment network, Dialog Axiata is positioning digital wallets as a preferred transaction method for everyday consumer spending.

The partnership underscores growing collaboration between telecommunications providers and retail merchants to embed digital payment infrastructure into consumer touchpoints, supporting the broader shift toward cashless transactions in Sri Lanka's economy.
