Dijital Team and WinSYS City University have formalised their partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding, with the initiative officially launching on 9 September 2026. The two-year engagement is designed to enhance the technical competencies of professionals working within managed service provider and IT service provider environments across South and Southeast Asia.
Under the partnership framework, the university will provide specialised training and development programmes tailored to meet the evolving demands of the information technology and managed services sectors. The collaboration seeks to ensure that graduates and professionals possess skills that align with immediate industry needs, reducing the gap between classroom instruction and workplace application.
Dijital Team's involvement in the initiative reflects the broader industry focus on workforce development within the region's growing technology sector. By working with an established educational institution, the company aims to cultivate a pipeline of qualified professionals equipped to address current and future IT service delivery challenges.
The partnership represents one of several recent efforts by technology companies across South Asia to strengthen talent development initiatives through direct collaboration with educational providers, addressing skills shortages in high-demand areas such as systems management and IT infrastructure support.
