DLF Ltd announced on Sunday that it has achieved a complete sell-out of its newly launched senior living project in Gurugram, signalling strong market appetite for luxury retirement housing. The company said all 172 units at 'The Aureva' have been sold for an aggregate value of ₹1,985 crore, with an average price realization of ₹11.5 crore per apartment.
The project, located in Sector 63 of Gurugram and spread across 4.17 acres, comprises luxury residences with a combined carpet area exceeding 4 lakh square feet and total saleable area of over 7.5 lakh square feet. The units were priced at ₹28,000 per square foot.
In a regulatory filing, DLF attributed the rapid sell-out to strong market demand for premium retirement living communities that integrate luxury amenities with wellness facilities, healthcare access, and community engagement features. The complete sell-out underscores the growing market for purpose-built senior living spaces among affluent urban retirees in the National Capital Region.
