DLF posts double-digit profit growth in second quarter

DLF Limited, one of India's largest property developers, has demonstrated sustained financial performance with improved profitability metrics in the October-December quarter. The company's consolidated net profit reached ₹1,301.35 crore, reflecting a steady upward trajectory compared to the same quarter in the previous fiscal year.

Total income for the quarter expanded to ₹2,297.30 crore, marking an increase from ₹2,261.80 crore recorded in Q2 of fiscal 2025-26. The revenue growth underscores continued operational momentum amid active project execution across the company's portfolio.

The results indicate DLF's ability to maintain profitability while navigating the current business environment. The developer continues to leverage its substantial land bank and ongoing project completions to drive revenue generation and margins.

The performance gains come as India's real estate sector continues to show resilience, with major developers reporting strong demand across residential and commercial segments. DLF's quarterly results add to the positive sentiment surrounding India's property market during the current fiscal year.
