DOJ files charges against cop aunt of Tacloban school shooter

Justice department spokesperson Polo Martinez confirmed Tuesday that the office of the Tacloban City prosecutor has received the DOJ's recommendation to file criminal charges against the officer, who is the aunt of the 14-year-old suspect.
