The property had fallen into significant disrepair after remaining vacant for an extended period. A buyer named Tommy Lin acquired the deteriorated structure and commissioned comprehensive renovation work to restore it to habitable condition.
Following the restoration, Lin subsequently sold the property for the reported sum, marking another transaction in the building's long history. The home has changed ownership multiple times over the decades, with various buyers and sellers contributing to its evolution.
