A fresh wave of initial public offerings is expected to hit Indian bourses in October, with major names including Jio Platforms and Zetwerk Manufacturing Business among those planning to tap the capital markets for expansion and growth financing.
Other companies expected to launch maiden public offerings this month include Fusion CX, HD Fire Protect, Tonbo Imaging, Bonfiglioli Transmissions, Sahajanand Medical Technologies, Paras Healthcare, NDR InvIT Trust, Gujarat Victory Forgings and SFC Environmental Technologies, according to merchant bankers tracking the primary market.
The proposed offerings demonstrate broad-based corporate appetite for public fundraising, spanning technology, healthcare, renewable energy, defence and precision manufacturing sectors. The diversity of sectors reflects sustained investor interest in businesses positioned for long-term growth and structural advantages.
The companies plan to raise capital through a combination of fresh equity issuances and offers for sale, with proceeds from new share issues earmarked for business expansion, capital expenditure, debt reduction and working capital requirements. This October surge extends what has been a particularly robust fundraising period for India's primary market in 2026.
