Driver arrested for drug-driving after Rochor bus collision injures eight

Police arrested a car driver on suspicion of drug-driving after a vehicular accident in Rochor involving a public bus on Wednesday. The collision left eight individuals injured, according to the Singapore Police Force.
Two of the injured were conveyed to hospital for further medical assessment and treatment. The remaining six victims sustained minor injuries at the scene.
Officers discovered that the driver was in possession of a vaping device during preliminary investigations. Subsequent drug tests prompted authorities to classify the incident as a drug-driving case. The motorist remains in police custody pending further inquiries.
