E-revenue licence issuance suspended across eight provinces for system upgrade

The suspension affects residents and businesses in the Central, North Central, North Western, Southern, Eastern, Northern, Sabaragamuwa, and Uva Provinces. Citizens requiring e-revenue licence services during this period will be unable to access the online platform in these regions.
The ministry did not provide additional details regarding the specific nature of the system upgrades or whether the suspension may be extended beyond the stated timeframe. Residents in unaffected provinces are expected to continue accessing the service normally during this maintenance window.
