TACLOBAN CITY — Eastern Samar Governor Ralph Vincent "RV" Evardone thanked President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for pledging additional government funding to enhance healthcare delivery in the province. The commitment was made during the President's visit to the newly rebuilt Felipe Abrigo Memorial Hospital in Guiuan on Friday, September 25.
During the hospital inauguration, Marcos announced the administration's plans to allocate increased resources toward improving medical infrastructure and services in Eastern Samar. The funding initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of provincial health facilities to serve residents more effectively.
