Eleven companies are positioned to mobilise ₹7,055 crore through initial public offerings over the next nine days, signalling sustained momentum in India's primary market. The slate includes Rentomojo, Karamtara Engineering and Kanohar Electricals, among others, with most issues opening for subscription on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The IPO calendar spans a diverse range of sectors, including real estate developers, engineering and manufacturing firms, a payments and identity solutions provider, and a specialty chemicals manufacturer. All companies entering the market have valuations below the USD 1 billion threshold at listing.
Of the total capital being raised, ₹2,722 crore (39 per cent) represents primary issuance—funds flowing directly into company coffers for expansion and operations. The remaining ₹4,333 crore (61 per cent) comprises secondary offerings, where existing shareholders sell stakes.
Market observers attribute the multi-issue rush to investor eagerness to gain exposure to early-stage growth companies at a time when valuations remain accessible. The concentrated calendar underscores confidence in the primary market's absorption capacity despite competitive investor attention across multiple simultaneous offerings.
