Claire Starring has acquired 'Lil' Graceland', a three-bedroom Memphis property that draws architectural inspiration from Elvis Presley's legendary Graceland mansion, for $150,000. The purchase marks a significant investment in a property that changed hands just six years earlier when it was bought for $55,000 in 2017.

The devoted music fan intends to preserve the home's distinctive retro interior design while undertaking renovations to two backyard caravans for guest accommodation. The reimagined structures will serve as an extension of the short-term rental operation at the property.

Beyond its function as a vacation rental, Starring envisions the property as a versatile venue catering to multiple entertainment and creative endeavours. Plans include establishing it as a working recording studio and a location for film and photography productions, capitalizing on its unique aesthetic appeal and Elvis-themed character.
