TACLOBAN CITY — Former Balangiga Mayor Randy Graza was arrested Friday evening on allegations of graft and corrupt practices. The 52-year-old was apprehended at 10:40 p.m. in Barangay Guinmaayohan following a joint operation by the Balangiga Municipal Police Station, the Provincial Intelligence Unit, and the 2nd Eastern Samar Provincial Mobile Force.
