Ex-DPWH engineer Hernandez pleads not guilty in second malversation case

MANILA — Brice Hernandez, a former engineer at the Department of Public Works and Highways, along with seven other former DPWH officials, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to malversation charges before the Sandiganbayan's Fourth Division.
Besides Hernandez, the accused officials are Arjay Domasig, Jaypee Mendoza, Juanito Mendoza, Christina Mae Pineda, Niño Morales, and Floralyn Simbulan. All entered their pleas before the anti-graft court during Tuesday's hearing.
