FADA partners with Rosmerta to streamline vehicle compliance procedures

The Federation of Automobile Dealers' Association (FADA) has entered into an agreement with Rosmerta Digital Services to digitise vehicle compliance procedures across India. The partnership leverages Rosmerta's technology platform to provide citizens with seamless access to traffic violation information and compliance requirements.

Under the collaboration, Rosmerta has launched Rosmart, a dedicated compliance services portal accessible at Rosmart.com. The platform allows citizens to log in and manage challan-related services while addressing any outstanding traffic violations. Automobile dealers can utilise the system to upload cases in bulk or provide direct customer assistance, while consumers can access services either through the website or by scanning QR codes displayed at participating dealerships and customer service points.

The partnership addresses growing concerns about fraudulent online intermediaries and unauthorised websites operating in the vehicle compliance space. By consolidating services on a single verified platform, the initiative aims to protect consumers from potential scams while ensuring transparent access to official traffic violation and compliance information.

FADA's move aligns with the broader industry push toward digital transformation in the automotive sector. The platform integration is expected to reduce processing delays and enhance customer experience by eliminating the need to visit multiple government portals or deal with unauthorised intermediaries.
