Family of four killed after car plunges into well in Telangana

A devastating accident claimed the lives of four family members in Siddipet when their car plunged into a deep well, authorities said. The vehicle, carrying a couple and two toddlers, went off the road and fell approximately 20 feet into the well, resulting in the drowning of all occupants.

Investigations into the exact cause of the incident are underway, with police examining multiple theories. Initial findings suggest the tragedy may have been triggered by one of the children, who was seated on the driver's lap, inadvertently tugging at the steering wheel. Alternatively, authorities are also probing whether an animal suddenly appeared in front of the vehicle, causing the driver to lose control.

The family was reportedly traveling in the area when the accident occurred. Emergency responders recovered the vehicle and the bodies from the well following the incident. The investigation continues as police work to determine the precise sequence of events that led to the tragedy.
