Female Monkey Drinks Alcohol, Collapses at Wine Shop in Ranchi

An intoxicated monkey created an unexpected scene at a wine shop located at Block Chowk in Oramanzi, Ranchi, after the animal gained access to the store and consumed alcohol from a bottle kept on the shelves. According to local reports, the female monkey helped herself to the alcoholic beverage before settling down to rest at the shop. The incident drew attention after video footage of the drowsy primate circulated, documenting the unusual occurrence. The exact circumstances that allowed the animal to enter the premises and access the alcohol bottle remained unclear.
