FIR filed against MP's son in fatal Hyderabad supercar collision
Police in Hyderabad have registered a case against the son of an Andhra Pradesh Member of Parliament following a fatal accident involving a high-speed Aston Martin. A fatal traffic accident in Hyderabad has resulted in criminal proceedings against Lingmaneni Sanjush, the son of Andhra Pradesh Member of Parliament Lingmaneni Ramesh. The incident involved a speeding Aston Martin that struck a woman, resulting in her death. Police investigation confirmed that Sanjush was operating the vehicle at the time of the collision.
Following their inquiry, law enforcement authorities registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the accused under Section 106(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which addresses causing death by negligence. The case was filed at a Hyderabad police station as investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident progressed.
