A foreign woman has died while undergoing aquatic therapy in Penang, marking a tragic incident in the state's Timur Laut district. According to Timur Laut district police chief Rozak Muhammad, the woman encountered difficulties during the therapy session and subsequently lost consciousness.

Her husband immediately attempted to resuscitate her following the incident. Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene and continued resuscitation efforts; however, the woman was subsequently pronounced dead by the medical team.

The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation by Timur Laut district police. Authorities have not disclosed further details regarding the woman's identity, nationality, or the specific location of the aquatic therapy facility where the incident occurred.
