Investigations by the Special Task Force and local police revealed that a former employee of the store was the mastermind behind the sophisticated heist. The suspect, aspiring to acquire sudden wealth, planned and executed the theft with assistance from family members, according to law enforcement officials.
The perpetrators gained access to the jewellery store by cutting through the roof using gas cutters, bypassing conventional entry points and security measures. The method of entry suggested premeditated planning and knowledge of the store's layout and security systems.
