Nur Fauzia Abdul Razak, a former radiographer at University of Malaya Medical Centre (PPUM), has indicated her intention to pursue legal action against the institution should amicable negotiations fail to resolve a dispute centred on alleged breaches of standard operating procedures.
The 43-year-old, who is currently undergoing treatment for stage 4 Hodgkin lymphoma, has made the threat conditional on the absence of a satisfactory out-of-court settlement. She has not yet specified the exact timeline for initiating court proceedings.
