Four companies have completed pricing for their initial public offerings, with subscription windows set to open on September 9. The batch includes furniture rental platform Rentomojo, fintech player Manipal Payment Solutions, industrial engineering firm Karamtara Engineering, and infrastructure developer LCC Projects.
The IPO launches reflect continued market appetite for equity issuances in India's primary capital markets. Recent listing performances have bolstered sentiment, with several debuts posting substantial gains on their first day of trading.
Earlier this month, ESDS Software Solutions recorded a notable 109% surge on its market debut, signalling strong investor demand for technology and software service providers. The strong reception has encouraged other companies to move forward with their public market plans.
Separately, Apana Logistics is preparing for an SME platform listing, adding to the growing number of mid-sized companies accessing capital markets. The diversity of sectors represented in the current IPO pipeline—spanning technology, fintech, manufacturing and logistics—underscores broad-based investor interest across the economy.
Investors are expected to subscribe to the four main IPO offerings during the September 9 window, with allotment and listing timelines to follow regulatory procedures.
