Delhi police arrested four men on charges of assaulting students, with investigators examining their alleged connections to the Hindu Raksha Dal, according to a senior police official. The accused have been identified as Raman Saini, 50, Vivekanand alias Vivek, 32, Kapil Kumar, 27, and Ravinder Singh alias Govind Hindu, 35. All four remain in police custody as the investigation progresses.
