Four robbery suspects arrested in Cavite operation

Police in Cavite have arrested four individuals suspected of being part of an organized robbery group operating across the Calabarzon region. The apprehensions were made during a law enforcement operation in Trece Martires City.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office (CPPO) successfully apprehended the suspects on Saturday during a coordinated operation in Trece Martires City. Armed with an arrest warrant, police operatives arrested one suspect in Barangay Conchu at approximately 10 a.m., with three additional arrests following as part of the same enforcement action.

Police intelligence operations had linked the suspects to a robbery group engaged in criminal activities across the Calabarzon region, which comprises Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon provinces. The CPPO stated that the arrests were the result of sustained investigation and surveillance efforts targeting the organized group.

The suspects are currently in police custody pending further investigation and the filing of appropriate criminal charges. The CPPO has not disclosed additional details regarding the specific robberies attributed to the group or the identities of the arrested individuals.
