Four young men killed in highway car crash and fire in Madhya Pradesh

Four friends were killed after their car struck a divider and caught fire on a four-lane highway in Madhya Pradesh's Badnawar region on Sunday night. The accident took place around 11:30pm on the stretch between Sadalpur and Kherod, near a dhaba (roadside restaurant).

The vehicle collided with the highway divider with significant force, triggering a fire that engulfed the car within moments. Rescue operations at the scene proved futile as occupants remained trapped inside the burning vehicle.

The charred remains of all four occupants were recovered from the wreckage. Initial investigations suggest the high-speed impact may have caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.

The incident has renewed concerns about road safety on the busy highway corridor. Authorities have launched an investigation into the exact circumstances that led to the collision, with preliminary findings expected in the coming days.
