Fuel prices to fall as RON97, RON95 and diesel see cuts

Unsubsidised RON97 and RON95 petrol prices will decrease by 5 sen per litre under the latest weekly adjustment, while diesel will see a steeper reduction of 10 sen per litre. The revised rates come into effect tomorrow and will remain in force until 21 October. This marks the second consecutive week of price reductions for fuel across the market. The downward adjustment reflects lower global crude oil prices and reduced production costs in the energy sector. Motorists and commercial transport operators are expected to benefit from the reduced fuel costs during the pricing period.
