Fusion CX sets IPO price band at ₹275-289, plans ₹702 crore raise

Fusion CX Ltd on Friday announced the price band of ₹275-289 per share for its ₹702 crore initial public offering, marking a reduction from the company's initially planned raise of ₹1,000 crore. The public issue, comprising ₹500 crore in fresh equity issuance and ₹202 crore in an offer for sale by existing shareholders P N S Business Pvt Ltd and Rasish Consultants Pvt Ltd, will open for subscription on October 14.

Anchor investor bidding is scheduled for October 13, with the three-day subscription window closing on October 16, according to official disclosures. At the upper end of the indicated price band, the company is expected to command a post-issue market capitalisation exceeding ₹4,170 crore.

The scaled-down IPO size represents a notable shift from the company's earlier plans filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India in May 2025. The reduction reflects current market conditions and investor sentiment in the broader Indian capital markets, as companies increasingly tailor their fundraising strategies to suit prevailing demand dynamics.
