Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) is set to host its annual convention in Kudat on Sunday, drawing approximately 3,000 participants from across Sabah and the federal territory of Labuan. The gathering comes as the coalition charts its strategy ahead of the 16th general election (GE16). The convention will serve as a platform for party members to align their political direction and consolidate support across the state. GRS, which maintains a significant presence in Sabah politics, has made strengthening grassroots engagement a priority as it prepares for the anticipated electoral contest. The Kudat venue has been selected to accommodate the large attendance expected from party delegates and representatives across the state and Labuan.
