Special police teams conducted a systematic analysis of closed-circuit television footage from the abduction site and cross-referenced mobile phone signal data to establish the suspects' movements and whereabouts. This technical approach enabled investigators to narrow down their search significantly.
The missing student was eventually traced to a hideout in Bengaluru, where he was recovered safely. Police did not immediately disclose additional details about the abduction, including the motive behind the crime or the number of individuals arrested.
