Gardens by the Bay offers free padel tennis through October
UBS and Gardens by the Bay have launched a pop-up padel court initiative at the West Lawn, offering complimentary play sessions from mid-September through mid-October.

Two sheltered padel courts have been installed at Gardens by the Bay's West Lawn as part of the 'Padel at the Gardens' programme, a collaborative initiative between global investment bank UBS and the horticultural attraction.
The free-to-use courts will operate from September 19 through October 11, providing Singapore residents and visitors with an accessible opportunity to experience the rapidly growing sport of padel tennis, a paddled racquet sport played on smaller courts than conventional tennis.
The sheltered court setup is designed to accommodate play across varying weather conditions typical to Singapore's tropical climate. The programme represents one of several efforts by Gardens by the Bay to diversify recreational offerings at the venue beyond its core botanical and horticultural attractions.
Padel has seen increased adoption across Asia in recent years, with purpose-built facilities expanding across major cities in the region. The Gardens by the Bay initiative aligns with growing interest in the sport among Singapore's sports and leisure community.
