The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) has opened the online registration window for GATE 2027, one of the country's premier postgraduate entrance examinations. Interested candidates can begin the application process from 7 PM today on the official GATE portal.

The examination will offer 30 papers across diverse engineering and science disciplines, providing aspiring postgraduates with multiple specialisation options. All papers will be conducted in English medium, maintaining consistency with previous years' examination format.

Candidates seeking admission to postgraduate programmes at IITs, NITs, and other participating institutions across India must complete their registration during the designated application window. The GATE 2027 examination is expected to be a significant milestone for engineering aspirants preparing for advanced studies and research-based careers.

Prospective applicants are advised to visit the official GATE website and complete their registration with accurate personal and educational details. Late submissions may attract additional processing fees, and candidates should ensure timely completion of the application process to avoid last-minute complications.

Further details regarding examination dates, syllabus, and admit card distribution will be announced by the conducting authority in due course.
