Godrej Properties is on track to achieve record sales bookings of ₹41,500 crore in the current fiscal year, representing a 22 per cent jump from the previous year, according to Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej. The real estate developer's performance reflects sustained consumer interest in residential properties across its operating markets, defying earlier concerns about global economic headwinds.
Despite geopolitical uncertainties in West Asia weighing on international markets, housing demand in India has remained resilient. Godrej Properties has witnessed "quite strong" consumer demand across both new launches and ongoing projects, the company's leadership noted. The broader residential real estate market has also held steady, with demand remaining consistent across major centres where the company operates.
Beyond sales bookings, Godrej Properties expects to meet or surpass annual targets across all key operational metrics, including project launches, customer collections, property deliveries and land acquisitions. In the second half of the financial year, the company anticipates sales bookings between ₹22,500 crore and ₹25,000 crore. Even achieving the lower end of this range would enable the developer to exceed its original annual guidance, cementing its position as a top-performing residential real estate player in the Indian market.
