Hagonoy residents renew push for accountability on flood control spending

HAGONOY, Bulacan — More than 300 residents took to the streets of this municipality early Sunday, marking the first anniversary of Tindig Hagonoy, a community movement demanding action on the town's persistent flooding crisis.

The protest march underscored growing frustration among residents over what organizers describe as mismanagement and alleged corruption in flood control infrastructure projects.
