Hanoi man seeks recovery of $191,000 in disputed apartment payment
A 63-year-old Hanoi resident has filed a major civil lawsuit to recover approximately VND5 billion (US$191,000) he claims to have paid toward an apartment registered in his former girlfriend's name. The case resumed proceedings at the Region 4 People's Court in Hanoi on September 18.
