The Bulacan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office confirmed that floodwaters have rendered portions of these critical transport links impassable for certain vehicle types. Manuel Lukban Jr., head of the provincial PDRRMO, indicated that road conditions remained challenging as water accumulation persisted across multiple areas.
