HFCL Doubles Revenue Growth Target to 80% for FY27

HFCL has doubled its revenue growth target for fiscal year 2027 to at least 80 per cent, marking a substantial upward revision from its initial projection of 20 per cent growth. The upgraded guidance follows a robust performance in the second quarter, which demonstrated accelerating momentum across the company's core business segments.

The fibre optics and telecommunications infrastructure company is capitalising on strong tailwinds from India's expanding digital economy. Demand for high-capacity fibre networks supporting artificial intelligence applications, data centre buildouts and next-generation telecom services has intensified competition for infrastructure solutions, positioning HFCL to benefit from this secular growth trend.

The aggressive target revision underscores management confidence in sustaining current growth trajectories through the fiscal year. India's push toward digital infrastructure development, coupled with increased investment in cloud computing and AI-ready networks, has created substantial opportunities for telecom infrastructure providers.

The company's upgraded outlook reflects both current order momentum and anticipated project execution across its portfolio. HFCL's positioning in high-margin segments including submarine cables, optical fibres and telecom networks positions it to capitalise on India's evolving infrastructure requirements.
