Hi-Tech Flow Solutions has taken a significant step toward accessing capital markets by submitting its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator SEBI on Thursday. The proposed public offering comprises a fresh equity issue of up to ₹300 crore, alongside share sales by promoters and an institutional investor, the filing document showed.
The dual-component structure allows the company to raise fresh capital for expansion and operations while enabling existing shareholders to partially liquidate their holdings. The fresh issue component will represent new equity creation, directly expanding the company's capital base.
Under India's IPO framework, companies must file a DRHP before formal offer documents can be prepared. The prospectus filing marks the beginning of a regulatory review process, following which SEBI will issue observations and the company will prepare its final prospectus.
Details regarding the precise valuation band, issue size, and timeline for the offering will be disclosed in subsequent regulatory filings as the process advances.
