The shipping company had sought judicial intervention to reverse the bank's account closure, prompting the legal challenge that has now reached the High Court stage. The October hearing will determine whether the company's application to restrain RHB from proceeding with the closure will succeed.
The case highlights ongoing tensions between financial institutions and their clients over account management and termination procedures.
