Himachal Pradesh takes tough stance on drug trafficking, pledges rehabilitation support

Himachal Pradesh's Chief Minister has outlined a dual strategy to combat the state's drug crisis, combining stringent action against traffickers with compassionate support for those struggling with addiction.
