Historical marker honors Spanish-era watchtower in Biliran

The National Historical Institute installed a historical marker at the Biliran Watchtower located along the Leyte-Biliran Road in Biliran province, commemorating the "Bantayan ng Biliran" and its significance to the region's heritage.
