The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Hanoi has resumed normal operations after undergoing its scheduled restoration and maintenance cycle. According to the mausoleum's management authority, the facility reopened its doors to domestic and international visitors on November 3 following the completion of comprehensive preservation work.

The maintenance program encompassed both the main mausoleum structure and the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs complex located within the same grounds. The periodic restoration plan was designed to ensure the structural integrity and proper upkeep of these national landmarks that attract substantial visitor numbers throughout the year.

The mausoleum, which houses the remains of Vietnam's founding president Ho Chi Minh, is one of the country's most visited historical sites. The facility typically receives more than one million visitors during peak periods, making regular maintenance essential to preserve the monument for future generations.

The reopening follows standard preservation protocols implemented to maintain the architectural and historical significance of the site. Authorities did not specify the duration of the restoration work or details regarding the specific maintenance activities undertaken during the closure period.
